Former Massachusetts US Attorney and Suffolk County District Attorney Rachael Rollins has had her law license suspended for nonpayment of registration fees. The Board of Bar Overseers recommended license suspensions for Rollins and dozens of other attorneys for nonpayment of fees. The state Supreme Judicial Court approved the suspensions. Rollins resigned as the state’s top federal prosecutor last year after two federal ethics investigations. The investigators found that Rollins tried to influence the campaign for Suffolk County District Attorney in favor of Ricardo Arroyo who lost the race to Kevin Hayden.
