Former President Donald Trump has not been able to obtain a bond to secure the $464 million civil fraud judgment against him and his co-defendants, his attorneys said in a court filing Monday. Trump and his company need to post a bond for the full amount by next week in order to stop New York Attorney General Letitia James from being able to collect while he appeals. Former US Attorney Rachael Rollins has law license suspended

Former Massachusetts US Attorney and Suffolk County District Attorney Rachael Rollins has had her law license suspended for nonpayment of registration fees. The Board of Bar Overseers recommended license suspensions for Rollins and dozens of other attorneys for nonpayment of fees. The state Supreme Judicial Court approved the suspensions. Rollins resigned as the state’s top federal prosecutor last year after two federal ethics investigations. The investigators found that Rollins tried to influence the campaign for Suffolk County District Attorney in favor of Ricardo Arroyo who lost the race to Kevin Hayden. The recently terminated director at the Autauga/Prattville Library is demanding his reinstatement as director, restoration of library privileges, and a “name-clearing hearing.” Earlier this month, the Autauga/Prattville Library Board voted to terminate then-Library Director Andrew Foster for “revealing confidential information in violation of criminal law.” The confidential information Foster was accused of sharing involved a public records request filed with the library by the far-left website Alabama Political Reporter (APR). APR writer Jacob Holmes then used the information in an articles highlighting perceived ambiguity and confusion with the new board’s policies involving “weeding,” removing or relocating books.
