The firm has announced the appointment of Jennifer Arndt as office managing partner of the firm’s Calgary office, effective January 1. Arndt joined DLA Piper (Canada) in 2005 and became a partner in 2020. She is a vital member of the Capital Markets Group and has over 20 years of experience assisting clients with securities, ‎corporate finance, banking law, and transactional corporate and commercial matters.‎ She has extensive experience representing TSX and TSXV-listed companies on ‎‎corporate finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
